It was a pretty boring day at work today, but I did manage to come across this story. I had seen an Animal Planet show where dogs were surrogate parents for wolves, but this 10-year old chihuahua Mimi decided to adopt four baby squirrels that some guy found after he cut down a tree. Check it out!

I don't know if heartwarming is the word I'd use. Perhaps "World's dumbest Chihuahua" is more appropriate...
